Oatmeal Cinnamon Vanilla CBD Bliss Balls

"Something I've been super open about on Instagram is my use of CBD oil to alleviate the symptoms of my generalized anxiety. I take it daily and it has been a true game changer for me in helping improve my sleep, reduce my jitters and heart palpitations and ingraining in me a greater sense of calm and mental clarity!
So...I got creative!!!! And I put my love for CBD oil to use and added it to bliss balls! I used Mary's Medibles 500mg High Dose CBD oil and lightly sweetened them with yacon syrup for a low glycemic option that's also super gut healing and full of prebiotic fibre, cinnamon, vanilla, organic non-GMO powdered peanut butter and GF oats!
1 cup GF rolled oats
2 tbsp yacon syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
3/4 cup powdered organic peanut butter
1 tbsp Mary's Medibles CBD oil (anyone will do)
4-5 tbsp warm water
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until uniform and no powder is leftover.
Roll into 12 -14 balls of your desired size (wet your hands in between every few to make it easy).
Place on a plate in the fridge to firm up!
MAKE THEM. You won't regret it! These babes would be awesome as a post dinner snack to help calm you down and get you ready for bed!"
