We Ain't Afraid of No Ghosts!

It's Halloween and pumpkins need to be carved. But what do you do with the insides? Make a simple soup and add a couple of drops of Mary's oil tincture of course :-) Ingredients: Pumpkin 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic 3 cups of broth 1 cup of water Instructions: 1. Place all the ingredients into a pot and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pumpkin is tender. 2. Remove from heat and blend. 3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and 1-2 drops of Mary's oil tincture. Stir through some cream (optional). Eat, enjoy and have a spooky Halloween. Photo by Bekir Donmez
