Pancakes...nom nom!

Whether you like them flat and skinny or fat and fluffy, for breakfast or as a dessert...or maybe even as a main?!? Pancakes are the best. So here's a couple of recipes to see you though Pancake Day, depending on your preference that is...just don't forget to add Mary's for an extra kick :-) Enjoy and send in your pics! FLAT AND SKINNY: Ingredients: 100g plain flour 2 large eggs 300ml milk 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil Method: Whisk the flour, eggs, oil and a pinch of salt together until smooth. To cook: Heat oil or butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Tip out any excess. Add some batter and spread out over the pan. Cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden. FAT A
