The Benefits of Water!


The New Year detox doesn't have to be complicated or fancy and include foods you've never heard of before. You can just strip it right back and keep it super simple and start by drinking water.

It's recommended we should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Why? Well, there are many reasons and here's just a few to get you motivated;

1. It relieves fatigue.

2. It improves weight loss.

3. It helps indigestion.

4. It flushes out toxins.

5. It treats headaches and migraines.

6. It improves mood.
