Matcha Latte!


What the hell is matcha?

Maybe you already know...but if you don't; in a nutshell it's green tea leaves ground down in to a fine powder and mixed traditionally with hot water using a bamboo whisk.

And why do we need it?

It's good for you! According to matchasource.com "it's packed with antioxidants including the powerful EGCg. Boosts metabolism and burns calories. Detoxifies effectively and naturally. Calms the mind and relaxes the body. Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins. Enhances mood and aids in concentration. Provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium. Prevents disease. Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar."

Sounds amazing! And not only that...our Instagram friend @theverdantvirgin came up with this delicious recipe using Mary's 1500mg High Dose THC oil.

Directions:

Add 2-3 spoons of matcha to your bowl.

Add in a small amount of almond milk (or any other type of milk).

Whisk using matcha whisk in a W shaped motion.

Add in a dose of Mary’s Tincture (@theverdantvirgin used .75ml).

Whisk well to combine oil with matcha.

Top with more almond milk.
