Blue Matcha Anyone?

The truth is...there's no real evidence to suggest that Blue Matcha is as good for you as Green Matcha. In fact, the only thing it has in common with Green Matcha is that it's a powder and it's called matcha.

Having said that, we do know of something that you can add to your Blue Matcha that definitely has health benefits. So here's a fabulous recipe that one of our Instagram friends; @cheekytzatziki created and we would like to share it with you :-)


Coconut Collagen Matcha Latte

Recipe:

1 cup unsweetened nut milk

1/4 cup warm (not boiling) water

1 tbsp coconut manna

1 tsp blue matcha

1 scoop collagen

A few drops of Mary's Medibles CBD oil


Instructions:

Blend until frothy
